Intellectual and Industrial Property

The content of UNESID’s services and websites, including their structure, design, texts, source code, logos, trademarks, and other distinctive signs, is owned by UNESID or its collaborators and third parties, protected by corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights. Images, videos, sounds, audios, and other graphic elements on the portals are also protected.
Therefore, in accordance with Articles 8 and 32.1 of the Intellectual Property Law, copying, reproducing, publishing, or altering any content of UNESID’s websites without prior authorization is expressly prohibited. User Responsibilities

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to UNESID (where necessary) are truthful and takes responsibility for communicating any changes to them. The user will be solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused to the data controller or any third party due to the completion of forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Resolution of conflicts, controversies, or claims arising from the web services covered by this privacy policy will be governed by Spanish law. UNESID will submit to the Judges, Courts, and jurisprudence of the province of Madrid (Spain), unless otherwise agreed with the consumer/user.
